Kentucky State Police arrested two people this week after recovering a stolen vehicle.

Post 2 Troopers initiated a traffic stop on a car after receiving a tip that the driver had arrest warrants. A Trooper came in contact with the driver, 34-year-old Chad Foster, and his passenger 32-year-old Kayla Noel, both of Madisonville. Further investigation revealed both had warrants issued for their arrest, and the car had been reported stolen from Henderson.

Foster was arrested and lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center where he was charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000, improper display of registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card and failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation.

Noel was arrested and lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center where she was also charged with receiving stolen Property under $10,000.

Both Foster and Noel were also served unrelated arrest warrants.
