According to the Murray Police Department, officers were contacted Thursday regarding suspected criminal activity by a teacher.
Staff at the school located a device that could record video, and was set up in a manner to video individuals while they were changing in the bathroom of the nurse's station.
The suspect was able to be identified from the video as he was setting it in place.
Officers detained 53-year-old Mark Boggess, of Murray, for questioning. With the information obtained from the interview, and from Murray High Staff, Boggess was taken into custody.
He was charged with three counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and four counts of voyeurism.
The investigation is ongoing.
