Mayfield Independent Schools will be closed on Friday, Nov. 30 as the Mayfield High School football team will be competing in the Class 1A State Football Championship game. According to Director of Public Relations Kim Hamby, a makeup day is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 19.
