Man Who Drowned at Kentucky Lake Identified

Officials have released the name of a man who drowned Wednesday in Kentucky Lake.

Marshall County Emergency Management identified the man as 29-year-old Martin Perez of Paducah. Perez was found shortly before 3 p.m. 

Perez had reportedly been swimming at the Kentucky Dam Beach area with family before he went missing shortly before 2 p.m. His death has been ruled an accidental drowning.
