There's nothing wrong with taking a nap, unless you do it at someone else's home, and you're not supposed to be there.

A Mayfield man found that out the hard way on Sunday, and now he's facing burglary and other charges.

The Mayfield Police Department said officers responded to a home on West College Street after a caller returned home from work to find someone laying in his bed.

The man was identified as 36-year-old Allen Weeks of Mayfield. Weeks was arrested and lodged in the Graves County Jail.

He's charged 2nd degree burglary and public intoxication with a controlled substance, excluding alcohol. Weeks was out of jail following his arrest last month on multiple charges, including public intoxication, terroristic threatening, fleeing and evading police and resisting arrest.
