Livingston County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday arrested 41-year-old Jamie Bryan of Hampton and 33-year-old Marita Maxfield of Burna. According to police, the charges stem from an investigation related to an assault of a woman that occurred on the parking lot of the Helping Hands Center in Smithland on Nov. 3.
Bryan was charged with one count of assault 4th degree. Maxfield was charged with one count of assault 2nd degree. Both were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
