According to the Kentucky State Police, on Wednesday officers received a call from Livingston County High School regarding a possible incident involving the sexual abuse of a child.
The investigation led officers to interview 31-year-old Paxton L. Faulkner Yates and 39-year-old Christina L. Faulkner Yates. Paxton reportedly admitted to sexual contact with a juvenile relative on multiple occasions. He also allegedly admitted to taking photos and videos of the acts.
Christina reportedly confirmed that a juvenile relative had sexual intercourse with her husband on numerous occasions. She also allegedly admitted to taking photos and videos of the acts and sending them to her husband electronically.
Paxton was arrested and charged with two counts of incest under 18-years-old, one count of use of a minor under 18-years-old in a sexual performance, one count of possession of matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor, and two counts of third degree rape.
Christina is charged with two counts of incest under 18-years-old, one count of use of a minor under 18-years-old in a sexual performance, one count of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, and one count of first offense distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
They were lodged in the McCracken County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.
