KSP Post 2 Public Affairs Trooper Rob Austin says Tracy Lynn Tackwell was last seen leaving her home in the 400 block of Dawson Road on December 4, 2014.
Tackwell is described as a white female, 5’10” tall, with blonde hair, blue eyes, weighing about 137 pounds.
