Hardin Woman Charged with Threatening Officials

A Hardin woman has been charged with making threatening statements against members of the court.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, deputies served a complaint warrant, Thursday afternoon, on Annita Ziegler. 

The warrant was based on a complaint by a Marshall County Detective that, after his investigation, revealed that Ziegler had made statements both aloud and via e-mail, that could be considered threatening against members of the court.

Ziegler was charged with retaliating against participants in the legal process, and taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
