On Tuesday the Graves County Sheriff's Office received a tip about illegal drug activity reportedly taking place on Miller Farm Road in Mayfield.
Detectives visited the home, where they spoke with three people in the driveway. According to detectives, all three were found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Detectives say they were given consent to search the home, and located two other people inside of a bedroom. One of those being 19-year-old Isaac Hughes, who had an outstanding parole violation warrant. The other person, 30-year-old Devon Saxton was reportedly found to have methamphetamine on his person.
A short time later, detectives searched a bedroom where 36-year-old Joshua Egbert had been staying, and reportedly found drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, marijuana, scales, bags, and counterfeit currency.
They were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
Saxton is being charged with first degree, first offense possession of methamphetamine. Michael Williams is being charged with first offense trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces. Egbert is being charged with first degree, first offense possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Hughes is being charged with a parole warrant for absconding parole supervision and failure to complete treatment, criminal possession of a forged instrument, and drug paraphernalia.
