Escaped Hopkinsville Inmate Found

An escaped inmate has been arrested and three other people have been charged with assisting him in western Kentucky.
 
Kentucky State Police say tips led them to Troy S. Lyons at a home in Owensboro on Tuesday. Police say Lyons walked away from custody in Hopkinsville on July 19.
 
Troopers also charged Sara B. Lyons, Dawn R. Fulkerson and Eric G. Fulkerson with hindering prosecution or apprehension on Tuesday.
 
All were in the Daviess County Detention Center. Jail records did not list an attorney for any of the four.
