The man accused of driving the wrong way on I-24 in a garbage truck on March 17 was indicted Tuesday in Marshall County.

The Marshall County Daily reports that Dalton Lampley of Calvert City was indicted on eleven charges by a Grand Jury. Those charges include fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, resisting arrest, and multiple counts of wanton endangerment. Lampley also faces DUI and drug charges from the incident.

The McCracken Co. Sheriff's Department says on March 17th, Lampley was driving a garbage truck along I-24 in McCracken County, when he crossed the median and began going the wrong way in the westbound lanes, striking two cars and causing multiple collisions. With police vehicles in pursuit, Lampley continued driving into Marshall County, where the truck was eventually stopped and he was arrested. 

Lampley also faces felony charges in McCracken County from the incident.
