According to deputies, 62-year-old Gary Cowen was last seen on January 21 on Johnson Road. Cowen is not wanted on any criminal charges.
Cowen is white, six feet tall, and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He has a thin build, blue eyes, and brown hair. Detectives say he may be suffering from some mental health issues, although he is not dangerous.
