The Mayfield Police Department says 33-year-old Jason T. Blythe, of Mayfield, was driving south on Paducah Road when he crashed his car into a utility pole at the entrance to Pocket's Shell. Blythe was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
Blythe was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, criminal mischief, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
