Mayfield Police Chief Nathan Kent says an autopsy was performed Monday on the eight-month-old boy at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Madisonville. According to Kent, the Medical Examiner’s preliminary diagnosis lists, “no evidence of trauma.”
Kent said the manner of death is still undetermined, pending the results of toxicology and histology.
The case remains under investigation by the Mayfield Police Department and the Graves County Coroner’s Office.
