Wednesday evening crash involving three vehicles sent one to the hospital

A Wednesday evening crash in McCracken County involving three vehicles landed one person in the hospital.

McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene along Blandville Road at Mayfield Metropolis Road just before 7 p.m. Investigators said that Justin Board of Eddyville tried to make a left turn from Mayfield Metropolis Road to Blandville Road. Board’s vehicle was reportedly struck by a vehicle driven by Frances Gregory of Paducah. The collision forced Board’s vehicle into one belonging to Benjamin Haynes of Kevil, which was waiting at a stop sign on Mayfield Metropolis Road.  

Gregory was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
