Two people were injured in a crash involving a semi-tanker truck and a car Sunday morning on I-69 at the Hickman-Graves County line.

According to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, a car rear-ended the trailer of the truck.

The Graves County Sheriff’s office said 56-year-old Mickey Noonan of Hickman did not see the semi in front of him due to heavy fog and rear-ended the trailer.

Noonan and his passenger, 44-year-old Angela Noonan were taken to a Mayfield hospital for treatment.

The driver of the semi, Robert Bowers of McAlpin, Florida, did not report any injuries.
