State police seek man last seen at Fulton County Detention Center

Kentucky State Police Post 1 is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who has an active warrant for his arrest.

Officials said 29-year-old Alexander Penman was released from the Fulton County Detention Center on Wednesday.

They said he received a ride from Fulton, Kentucky, to a Greyhound bus stop in Madisonville, where he was scheduled to travel to Louisville.

Pennman was expected to arrive at the Dismas Charities St. Patrick’s Halfway House on Thursday, but reportedly did not arrive.

Penman has an active warrant for his arrest for absconding from parole.

He is described as a black male, approximately 5′10″ and weighs about 185 pounds.

His last known address was in Lexington.
