Metropolis Police Department Has New K-9 Officer

The Metropolis Police Department has a new K-9.

The department says Krypto is a 18-month-old Dutch shepherd. He and his handler, Officer Nick Holland have just graduated from the training academy.

Krypto is certified in Narcotics detection, handler protection and tracking. The department says he will also be used in school and group presentations and other community events.
