I-24 back open in Lyon County after two semi crash sites cleared

UPDATE 2:30PM:
KYTC has reported that both semi crash scenes have been cleared, and the detour has been lifted.

ORIGINAL STORY:
A second semi crash has occurred in Lyon County, in the same vicinity as the cleanup underway after this morning's livestock truck rolled over near Exit 40.

The first semi's cleanup activity had caused a backup of traffic, when some time after noon the second semi was in another collision around the 38 mile marker. Injuries are also reported with this second crash.

As a result, I-24 eastbound traffic is being routed off the interstate at Exit 31 on to KY 453, to join US 62 east and re-enter I-24 at the Eddyville Exit 40.
