A public meeting will be held Tuesday to provide input on the Paducah-McCracken Metropolitan Planning Organization Draft Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
The Metropolitan Transportation Plan is essentially a blueprint for identifying future transportation needs and how the region will target transportation investment over the next 20 years.
City officials said the MTP is a collaborative process for setting regional transportation goals and strategies that includes frequent and substantial participation from local agencies, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the public, and other interested parties.
The meeting will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 at the West Kentucky Community and Technical College, Emerging Technology Center, Room 109.
