WPKY reports Sheriff Brent White was assisting with a walk-in complaint when 21-year-old Liberty Jones allegedly became upset and began screaming and cursing.
He said Jones was detained and resisted when officers attempted to restrain her.
She allegedly kicked and hit law enforcement personnel and damaged office property.
Next, Jones reportedly began hitting her head on a door, which resulted in Lyon County EMS being called. However, she reportedly refused evaluation by EMS.
Jones was taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center, charged with disorderly conduct, assault, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.
