Serves 4

Large head broccoli, separated into florets 
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 
1 teaspoon Janes Krazy Mixed-up Salts 
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 clove garlic, minced 
Juice of one lemon 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with the olive oil, salts, pepper and garlic. Spread the broccoli out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven about 15 to 20 minutes- or until tender enough to pierce the stems with a fork. Remove and transfer to your serving dish. Squeeze lemon juice liberally over the broccoli before serving for a fresh and tangy flavor. If a little Parmesan sounds good to you, sprinkle some freshly shredded Parmesan on top - yum!

Prepare the fresh broccoli ahead of time and roast right before serving. This is a healthy and easy way to enjoy broccoli.
