Bray Kirk poured in 28 points for the Lyons, including 15 free throws. Isaac Defew added 15 points, and Cooper Collins had 13.
Lyon County shot 54 percent from the floor, and again dominated the boards 44-25.
Ashton Moser had 22 points for Pineville (14-6).
The Lyons (13-2) advance to Saturday's semifinal at 6 p.m. against Owensboro Catholic (12-5).
Hazard (19-1) and Danville Christian (15-2) make up the other semifinal.
