Lyon County cruises 73-52 in boys All "A" state opener

Lyon County won its opening round game of the boys All "A" Classic over Martin County 72-53 on Wednesday morning in Owensboro.

The Lyons had a balanced offensive attack, led by Brady Kirk's 19 points, along with 18 apiece from Nolan Coffman and Isaac Defew.

The Lyons also dominated the boards 53-27.

Lyon County (12-2) will face Pineville (14-5) in the quarterfinals on Friday at 5 p.m.
