West Kentucky Star has learned the Ohio Valley Baseball League met Thursday and learned the Fulton Railroaders general manager and owner Scott Guymon has decided to no longer be in the league.
Two others in the Fulton community have stepped up and said they would buy the team and play next season.
The league gave the new owners until October 25th to get things together for next season.
Fulton had the worst record in the league in the 2024 season at 17-28 but upset the Hoptown Hoppers in the poat season play-in game and then Madisonville in the semifinals before losing to champion Henderson in the league finals.
