Former UK hoops great Jack "Goose" Givens to visit Paducah next week

The McCracken County UK Alumni Club and the McCracken County Public Library have partnered together to bring you a meet-and-greet event with UK basketball legend Jack "Goose" Givens on Wednesday, October 30th at 5pm. 

Givens will be on-hand at the library meeting room to share his story, answer questions, and sign his book, "They Call Me Goose: My Life in Kentucky Basketball and Beyond."

This event is free and open to the public. 

Books are available for pre-purchase at $38 each (hardcover), and a special shirt will be available for pre-purchase at $20 each at https://events.blackthorn.io/f44kS177/4a4k5GUbdA. 

A limited number of books and shirts will also be available for purchase at the event.
