Murray State fell to 8-8 in the Missouri Valley Conference with a 95-72 decision to Drake on Sunday afternoon at the Knapp Center in Des Moines.
The Bulldogs jumped to a 48-29 halftime lead. The Racers kept pace in the second half but couldn't overcome the 23-point deficit.
Quincy Anderson led the Racers with 22 points for his fifth game this season of 20 or more. JaCobi White added 16 to the MSU offense, while Nick Ellington added 14.
Drake got 23 points from Kevin Overton and 22 from Tucker DeVries.
Drake (22-5, 13-3 MVC) climbed into a conference tie with Indiana State after the 23-rd ranked Sycamores fell to SIU Saturday in Carbondale.
The Racers hit the road to take on the Salukis on Wednesday in a 7 p.m. tip.
