The Paducah Chiefs took an early 4-0 lead against the Hoptown Hoppers to see the home team rally for a 6-4 win Wednesday night in Hopkinsville.
The Hoppers scored four of their six runs in the 8th and 9th innings to get the win.
Colin McClure led the Chiefs with three hits and Parker Price, who was the Chiefs starting pitcher, socked his second home run of the season in the loss.
The Chiefs are now 16-10 and are back on the road Independence Day for a 5:30 game at Madisonville.
