Ryan Henderson

Samuel Ryan Henderson, 38, of Paducah died Sunday, Nov 11.  Ryan was a 15 year member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 184 and proud of his union heritage.  He was a journeyman pipefitter and a licensed plumber. He was an UA Certified  Welder  and was employed by Morsey Constructors LLC in Calvert City, KY.  He was a 1992 graduate of Heath High School and attended University of KY where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. 

He is survived by his wife Ashlee Summers Henderson, two daughters Savannah Caroline and Emma Samantha Henderson, which were the light of his life. He is also survived by his mother and stepfather, Linda & Larry Sanderson of Paducah, his brother and sister-in-law, Kyle and Julie Henderson of Paducah. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel D. Henderson.

Ryan will best be remembered for his wonderful humor, storytelling and ability to lend a helping hand whenever needed.  Many have said that they will never forget his distinctive grin.  He was a loving husband and most of all, the best father in the world to his little girls. He was an avid deer and turkey hunter and especially enjoyed his hunting ventures with family and friends. He was excited to restore his father’s 1955 Chevrolet.

Services for Ryan Henderson will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church with the Rev. J. Patrick Reynolds officiating. Private burial will be at the St. John Catholic Church Cemetery,

Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah where prayers will be at 7:30 p.m..
