Virginia Rose "Jenny Rose" Clark, age 90 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
Virginia was a graduate of Reidland High School in 1951 and then graduated from the Louisville School of Nursing in 1954 as a registered nurse. She was in practice for 64 years.
She married her husband, Glenn in 1955 and raised 4 children. She was an avid MLB Fan, with her favorite team being the St. Louis Cardinals.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Clark in 2017; son, Brent Clark in 1981; and grandson, Channing Knight in 2013.
Virginia leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Rebecca, Brent, Todd and Chris (Cindy); six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Wilma Ficco; her furbaby, Little Buddy; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, August 14, 2023 from 10 to 11am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky. A graveside service will be the same day at 3:30pm EDT (2:30pm CDT) at Rosebower Cemetery in Paducah, Kentucky.
