Connie L. Lewis, 73, of Mayfield, KY, formerly of Jacksonville passed away Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, in Troy. She was born, Mar. 4, 1949, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Floyd E. and Mary F. Shirkey Tribble. She married, Greggory K. Lewis, July of 1995.
Surviving is husband, Gregg of Mayfield, KY; children, Ralph Hastie of Jacksonville, Jeff (Stacey) Hastie of Chatham and Angela (David) Clark of Glen Carbon; stepdaughter, Bobbie Sibley of Bloomington and stepson, Rick Lewis of TX; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and sisters, Sandra Kemp of TN and Cheryl Thomas of SC. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Tribble.
Connie was a long-standing member of the People’s First Action Club through JACIL. She enjoyed collecting knick knacks, spending time with family and talking. Connie had a heart of gold, who loved everyone and was the glue to their family.
A funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, at the Daws Family Funeral Home in Winchester with interment in the Winchester City Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to JACIL.
