Mrs. Gina G. Claiborne

Mrs. Gina G. Claiborne, age 61, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, at her home after an extended illness.
 
Mrs. Claiborne was born in Murray, Kentucky on November 2, 1962, to the late Sherill Gargus and Greta (Brooks) Gargus. Mrs. Claiborne was employed at the Plantation Place in Murray and was a member of the University Church of Christ where she was an active member.
 
Mrs. Claiborne is survived by her husband, Dr. Danny Claiborne of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Wesley Claiborne and wife Heather (one grandson, Judah Claiborne) of Murray, Kentucky; her mother, Greta Gargus of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Julie Hilton and husband, John of Palmyra, Indiana and Amy Rowhuff of Murray, Kentucky;
 
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the University Church of Christ with Charley Bazzell officiating. A private family burial will follow the funeral service. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the University Church of Christ.
