Mr. Richard Valentine

         Mr. Richard Anders Valentine, age 72, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky.
 
          Richard will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife, Rebecca Wilson Valentine; son, Hugh Anders Valentine of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; brothers, Robert (Vicki) Valentine of Puryear, Tennessee; Roger Valentine of Murray, Kentucky; and Rex (Keiko) Valentine of Houston, Texas; brother-in-law, Michael (Tina) Wilson of Murray, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Dot Wilson Rickman of Murray, Kentucky; aunt, Dang Anderson; sister-in-law, LuAnn Wilkerson; and beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
 
          Richard worked in the theatre early in life and throughout his entire career and considered his ideas and efforts as a founder and Executive Director of Murray’s Playhouse in the Park to be his proudest professional achievement.
 
          A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
