James Preston "J.P." Davis

Mr. James Preston “J.P.” Davis, age 39, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away, Sunday, July 21, 2024.
 
          Mr. Davis was born on May 3, 1985, in Murray, Kentucky. He worked as a fabricator at Coleman Fabrication in Union City, Tennessee.
 
          He was preceded in death by his grandfather, EP Winters and grandmother, Bertie Winters.
 
          Survivors include his mother, Kay Davis of Murray, Kentucky; father, Harold Davis (Sheila) of Dresden, Tennessee; two sisters, Jamie Davis of Martin, Tennessee and Melisa Finch and husband Matt of Palmersville, Tennessee; three nephews, Jospeh Martin and wife Maddy, Vincent Martin, and Eli Davis all of Martin, Tennessee; as well as one niece, Eva Mai Williams of Martin, Tennessee; as well as one special friend, Ashley Watts of Clinton, Kentucky.
 
          A funeral service will be held at, 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Johnny Whitworth officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
