Dorothy Ann (Taylor) Rowland

Mrs. Dorothy Ann (Taylor) Rowland, age 89, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the Lakeway Nursing & Rehab in Benton, Kentucky.
 
         Mrs. Rowland was born on February 14, 1935, in Weakley County, Tennessee to the late Raymond L. Taylor and Lottie Mae (Smith) Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ.
 
         In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norris L. “Tupy” Rowland; one brother, Dennis Taylor; one sister, Mary Taylor; as well as one son-in-law, Gene Boaz.
 
         Survivors include two daughters, Denise Boaz of Murray, Kentucky and Janet Walker and husband Clay of Kingsport, Tennessee; one sister, Ruby Hansel of Dresden, Tennessee; one brother, Hal Taylor and wife Ann of Clarksville, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Ty Walker of Kingsport, Tennessee, Rachel Haugh of Mayfield, Kentucky, and Allison Sanders of Bowling Green, Kentucky; as well as four great-grandchildren, Jay, Nate, and Ben Sanders all of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Ava Elliott of Mayfield, Kentucky.
 
         There are no public services planned at this time.
