Jack Byassee

Mr. Jack Byassee, age 93 of Clinton passed away 6:41 PM on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.  Jack was a Korean War Army Veteran, a member of Clinton Second Baptist Church, but attended New Harmony Baptist Church with his Sons.  Jack was a Registered Nurse and a Farmer.  He enjoyed being with his Children and Grandchildren and watching Baseball and Softball at the Hickman County Baseball Fields. 
 
Jack is survived by his 3 Sons, Jerry (Brittany) Byassee, Eric (Amanda) Byassee and David “Butch” (Vickye) Malugin all of Clinton; 14 Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren. 
 
He is preceded in death by his wife, Donie Nicholas Malugin Byassee; Parents, Mitchell and Delcie Cagle Byassee; 2 Sons, Salvador Byassee and Richard Malugin, Jr and 4 Brothers, Maurice, Harold, Thomas and Russell.
 
Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Monday, March 20, 2023 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. David Gossum officiating.  Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 3-6 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton.
