William "Bill" Lawrence Jones

William Lawrence “Bill” Jones 56 years of Paducah, transitioned from his earthly home on Sunday, September 24, 2023, 11:16 a.m. from the River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

Bill was previously employed by Vinyl Window Tech as a laborer and a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Paducah where the Reverend Michael Wade is the Pastor.

Bill enjoyed fishing, dancing, riding his bike and drinking. He was especially fond of his dog “Rochie.” Bill loved and often spent time having fun with his friends, Monica, Charlotte, Spoon and Popeye.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Earnest Jones, Sr. and Lucille Lawson Jones and his wife, Lynne Jones.

Bill leaves to cherish his memories; his son, Justin Paul Jones of Tahlequah, OK, daughters, Destiny Jones of Tahlequah, OK and Stevie Jones of West Paducah, KY; grandchildren, Summer Jones, Parker Jones, Richardo “Tony” Sierra, Juan Velasquez and Xavier Jones; brothers, James Jones (Stacey) Jay, OK, John Jones (Sandy) Paducah, KY and Ricky Bray of Gentry, AR; sister, Venus Bray (Chance) of Decatur, AR; Several Nieces, Nephews and Other Relatives.

Bill will be sadly and greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

At the request of the family there will be no visitation or services.
