Mark Edward Hamilton, age 64 of Paducah, transitioned from his earthly home to eternal rest on Monday, December 20, 2021, 8:16 a.m. at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mark was a member of Ware Memorial Church of God In Christ where he served as a deacon. He was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and was veteran where he served in the Unites States Navy.
Mark loved drawing and putting together model cars as well as washing and detailing cars. Mark being a family man adored his family and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan “Go Steelers”.
Awaiting him with open arms are his parents, David Hamilton Jr. and Dosha Stubblefield Hamilton, two brothers, David Hamilton III and Joseph Hamilton, three sisters, Brenda Hamilton Swauncy, Jacqueline Hamilton and Cecelia Hamilton.
He leaves to cherish sweet memories; His wife of 30 years, Harriet Woods Hamilton of Paducah; two sons, Mark Hamilton Jr. of Centralia, IL and Marcus (Courtney) Hamilton of Murray, KY; two step-daughters; Ladata (Jewel) Hall of Paducah; Deqisha (William) McKnight of Smyrna, TN; one step-son, Antonio Woods of Antioch, TN; eight grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; one brother, Viller (Sarah) Hamilton of Anaheim, CA; four sisters, Virginia McClure, Mary Thomas and Linette (Tony) Hamilton all of Paducah and Debra (Steve) Taylor of Santa Ana, CA; one uncle, Mark M.H. (Ghisline) Stubblefield of Paducah, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home for a visitation only from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m.
