Ja’Ven Emond Bell entered eternal rest April 9, 2025. At the time of his passing, Ja’Ven had accomplished 32 years, 2 months and 24 days on this earth.

Ja’Ven graduated from Heath High School, the class of 2012 and later graduated from West Kentucky Community Technical College achieving many certifications. He was presently employed at Four Rivers Nuclear Partners. His previous employer, OSC, a demolition company, was in Buffalo, New York, but  his desire was always to be closer to home in Kentucky.

Ja’Ven never met a stranger. He enjoyed interacting with people. His smile was one of the most memorable things about him. He loved to travel; no place was too far. During his high school years, he was very athletic and participated in all sports. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, golfing, and bowling. He was an active member of the Pacesetters and Tuesday Night Men’s League at Cardinal Lanes Strike and Spare.

Ja’Ven’s biggest joy was spending time with his children, Carter and A’Veyah. Along with his children, he shared many activities with his brother, Quincy, especially side by side riding. He also made time for his friends.

Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, James E. Bell and Billy Joe Westbrook, his grandmother, Martha Holland, his great grandparents, Ruby and Sylvester Henry and Sidney Caleb Lovelace, his great grandfather, John Sandford Mayes, his aunt Arlene Delaine Bell, his uncle, Paul Bell, and his cousin, Brandon Bell.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his Children, Carter Peyton and A’Veyah James Bell; his Parents, Katina and James Edward Bell II (Jamie); a Brother, Ja’Quincy Emond Bell; Grandmothers, Stella Lovelace Bell and Lucille Shannon; Grandfather, Lanfort Shannon, Sr.; and a Host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and numerous Friends.
