Rollie Eugene Payne

Barlow, KY Rollie Eugene Payne passed away on September 20, 2023 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, KY. Hew born May 9, 1956 to his parents, Rollie and Zettia Payne.

Rollie retired from Cooper Dairy Farms.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his fur baby, Ruby.  He loved his family and will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Vicki Payne of Barlow, KY; Mother, Zettia Payne of Maryland Heights, MO; son, Curtis Hall (April) of Paducah, KY; two daughters, Angela Penrod of LaCenter, KY and Jessica Hall of Barlow, KY; two sisters, Ronda Weiss (Gene) of Maryland Heights, MO and Patsy Small (Joey) of Minter, AL; nine grandchildren and several great grand children.

Rollie was preceded in death by his father; two sisters, Rozettia Dian Wade and Sandra Kay Ellis; one grandson, Devin Penrod.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with the Rev. Dennis Lawrence officiating.
