Kevil, KY, Martha Ann Stover, age 89, passed away at her residence on Monday, October 7, 2024. Ann was born in McLeansboro, IL on June 26, 1935, to her late parents Howard and Edith Erkman Robertson.
Ann married her beloved husband Danny, on December 20, 1954. Together they enjoyed traveling all over the United States and only missed 2 states in their 25 years of traveling. Ann was a member of Bandana Baptist Church where she loved volunteering and serving the Lord. She could often be found outside enjoying Gods creation through her love of flowers, butterflies and birds. Ann worked as a beautician for many years.
Ann is survived by one daughter, Cindy (Randy) Allardin of Bandana, KY; one daughter-in-law, Jill Stover of Benton, IL; one brother, Wayne (Rosemary) Robertson of Troy, IL; one brother-in-law, David Stover (Dioni) of McLeansboro, IL; five grandchildren, Kyle (Morgan) Allardin, Morgan (Kevin) DeMyer, Dustin (Kylie) Allardin and Lindsay (Nick) Hansen, Lisa (Mark) Nelson; thirteen great grandchildren, Chris Allardin, Amelia Allardin, Steven DeMyer, Colton DeMyer, Connor DeMyer, Presley DeMyer, Dessik Allardin, Danny Allardin, Gavin Hansen, Josh Hansen, Natalie Hansen, Audrey Nelson, and Logan Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 and a half years, Danny Stover; one son, Randy Stover and her parents.
Visitation will be held at Bandana Baptist Church on October 10, 2024, from 10 a.m. until funeral time at 12 p.m. with Rev Brandon Bramlett officiating.
Interment will follow at Ten Mile Cemetery in McLeansboro, Illinois tentatively at 4 p.m.
