Tonya Denise Moss

Tonya Denise Moss, age 55, of Cunningham, Kentucky was called home on Friday, October 29, 2021.
 
Tonya was born in Sikeston, Missouri on September 19, 1966 to the late Howard Magee and Frances Figley.  She worked at Hillbilly Barbecue.  Tonya was currently a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and was previously a member of Arlington First Baptist Church where she helped with Vacation Bible School and GA’s.  She loved to read, crochet, and shop with her girls.  Her grandbabies were her life, and she was a loving and adoring grandmother.
 
Tonya will be remembered as someone who loved with her whole heart and cared deeply for others.  She was a second mom to many, and tried to take care of everyone.  She never met a stranger and was loved by all who met her.
 
Tonya is survived by two daughters, Kayla Burpo and husband, Tim of Arlington and Kacie Moss of Kirksey; two sisters, Tammy Ballard of Milburn and Amy Bradford of Cunningham; three brothers, Tony Magee (Amy) of Boaz, Tim Figley of Cunningham and Wade Figley of Cunningham; and her beloved grandchildren, Asher Burpo and Aniston Burpo.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents.
 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Bro. Tim Harvey officiating.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the 2:00 pm service time on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.
