Tally Perkins Ward

Tally Perkins Ward, 45, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 9:41 a.m. Friday, December 24, 2021 in Kevil, Kentucky. She was born on July 6, 1976 in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Tally was a member of the Free Spirit Biker Church.
 
She is survived by her husband, Michael Lewis Ward; three daughters, Kelsey Perkins, Kandace Perkins and Kinzy Byrd; two sons, Cody Perkins and Chase (Kristen) Perkins; brother, Brannon Hill, grandchildren, Keyden, Ethan, Levi, Sabastian, Elih, Yana, Kaiden, Carder, Conor and Israel; father, Danny Cathey.
 
Tally was preceded in death by a daughter, Kali Perkins and her mother, Joni Parker Hill.
 
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
