Steve Key

Steve Key, 61, of Melber, Kentucky Passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 in Paducah. He was born on September 22, 1962 in Evanston, Illinois. Steve was a retired Crane Operator and was of the Church of Christ faith. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed all hunting seasons.
 
Steve is survived by his father, John W. Key of Paducah, Kentucky; sister, Kim Chester and husband, Bruce of Paducah, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Caitlin Chester, Jaraad Walters-Chester, Caitie Mathis, Jacob Mathis, Adam Mathis, Kyle Poat and Chris Poat.
 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy Mathis Key; mother, Marilyn Routon Key.
 
Memorial graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Owens Chapel Cemetery.
 
There will be no visitation.
