Robert Lee Morris, 71, of Fulton, Kentucky, passed away on December 12, 2022 at his home.
Robert was born in Union City, Tennessee on May 15, 1951 to the late Cecil Morris and Raynell Parrish Thurman.  He was a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church where he served many roles, including Sunday School teacher.  Robert served honorably in the Unites States Army and fought in the Vietnam War.  He will be remembered as being the most kind, friendly and good-hearted man who was loved by all that knew him.  

Robert is survived by his wife, Bonnie Hooper Morris of Fulton; four daughters, Sybil (Matthew) Plagman of Martin, Tennessee, Bridgett Morris of Las Vegas, Nevada, Linda Copeland (David) Klimek of Northport, Florida and Susan Edwards of Union City, Tennessee; three sons, Robert Lee (Andrea) Morris, Jr. of Port Charlotte, Florida, Christopher Morris of Florida and Christian Morris of Jackson, Tennessee; one sister, Wanda Costa of Fulton, Kentucky; 17 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence Parrish; his parents, and two nieces. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Clinton with Bro. Keith Howell officiating.  Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington is in charge of arrangements.
