Ricky Ray Tadlock

Ricky Ray Tadlock, 70 of Paducah, KY passed away at 3:00 AM Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah.
 
Ricky was born on February 17, 1953 in Burlington, IA. He worked as a licensed  Certified Nursing Assistant spending 23 years of his career at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
 
He is survived by two daughters, Rebecca (Chris) Toon of Draffenville, KY & Ashley Tadlock of Benton, KY; three sons, Matt (Angie) Tadlock of Benton, KY, Josh (Julia) Tadlock of Lovelaceville, KY & David (Toni) Tadlock of Paducah, KY; one sister, Sherrie (Jeff) Lee of Murray, KY; two brothers, Jeff Tadlock of Paducah, KY & Terry (Tosha) Tadlock of West Paducah, KY; his companion, Betty Belt of Paducah, KY & eight grandchildren.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, William L. & Shirley E. Warnock Tadlock & one sister, Debbie Ann Dugan.
 
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home in Paducah with Russ Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery in Paducah.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home in Paducah.
