Rick Pruden, Jr. age 66, of Hickory, Kentucky, passed away at 5:48 p.m. Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center. Rick was born on March 26, 1958, in Madrid, Spain to the late Richard Pruden Sr. & Genevieve Revlett Pruden. He was a driver for the Red Cross for many years. He attended Jesus' Name Tabernacle Church. Rick enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golf in his spare time.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Patricia English Pruden; one daughter, Robin (John) Colson; two sons, Jerry (Mahara) Jones of Georgia and Chris Jones of Paducah, Kentucky; one brother, Tommy Pruden, Sacramento, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Kaley (fiance’, Zack Bedwell) Jones, Jacob (Ashley) Colson, Bronson (fiance’, Kenedi) Colson and Casey Jones; four great-grandchildren, Riley Colson, Baylee Colson, Waylon Bedwell, and Tyler Colson.
Graveside services will be held Friday, January 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve Turner officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
