Ocie Massey

Ocie Massey, age 81, of Clinton, Kentucky, passed away at 5:50 P.M. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.

Ocie was born in Hickman County, Kentucky on Monday, September 1, 1941 to Ed and Frances Massey. He enjoyed mowing his yard, spending time outside with his dogs and watching westerns. He was a member of Clinton Second Baptist Church and will be remembered as a man who was loving, “down to earth”, outgoing and outspoken.

Mr. Massey is survived by his wife of 52 years, Margaret Ann Brady Massey; his daughter, Tiffany Wilson of Clinton; his sons, Trevor Massey, Derrick Massey, both of Clinton and Wesley Massey of Paducah, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Austin Wilson, Brooke Bodkin (Donovan Franklin), Tailor Massey (Morgan), Tucker Massey, Skylar Massey, Thorn Massey, Emilee Massey,  Jackson Massey, Zachary Crider and Holly Smith; his great-grandchildren, Owen Massey, Kaison Massey, Oakley Franklin, Lane Franklin, Adeline Crider and Zachary Crider, Jr; mother-in-law, Dorothy Brady.

Mr. Massey was preceded in death by his parents, Ed Omer Massey and Frances Lee West Massey; his sister, Mattie Carter; his brothers, Clyde Massey and David Massey.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington with Rev. Christopher Wayne Brady, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 31, 2022 at the funeral home.
