Mary Beth Terry Bishop

Mary Beth Terry Bishop, daughter of Henry and Pearl Terry, was born on July 8, 1924 in Arlington, Kentucky.  She stepped into her eternal home with her Lord and Savior, December 13, 2022.  She grew up outside Bardwell on a farm.  On February 27, 1942, she married the love of her life, Merle Len Bishop.  They were married for 64 years, 13 days from 65 years.  They lived in many states during their married life, making many friends along the way.  She moved to Palm Bay, Florida to an Assisted Living in 2017 and most recently to Melbourne, Florida.
 
Mary Beth is survived by three daughters, Betty Dotson (Lloyd) of Lumberton, Texas, Pat Walding (Jim) of Melbourne, Florida, Dana Rapier (Floyd) of Rolla, Missouri; one son, Tim Bishop (Dana) of Wichita, Kansas; seven grandchildren, Jeannette Dotson, Amy Beth Bingham, Jennifer Bennett, Joshua Walding, Brian Rapier, Kellen Rapier, and Christopher Bishop; 17 great-grandchildren, Tristan Dotson, Stephen Bennett, Caroline Palmer, Matthew Bennett, Catherine Bennett, Joy Bennett, Charis Bennett, Timothy Bennett,  Jubilee Bennett, Gracelyn Rapier, Nolan Rapier, Reese Rapier, Blake Rapier, Kirstin Bailey, Caleb Bingham, Byron Walding, Benjamin Walding; one great-great-grandson, Axle Bailey; two sisters, Huellen Edwards of Cunningham, Kentucky and Nancy Poole (Gene) of South Fulton, Tennessee.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents along with her brothers Hazel B Terry, G. H. Terry, Johnny Wayne Terry; her half-brothers Homer Terry, Elwood Terry; her sister, Ethel Mavis Sims; her half-sisters, Virginia Neil, Lillian Mix; Her grandson Mark Earl Dotson, infant grandson (Walding), granddaughters, Samantha Lynn and Elizabeth Ann Bishop.
 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Rev. Jason Burnett officiating.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until the 2:00 pm service time on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.
